Abstract:
Airborne Hydrography AB ("AHAB") develops and supplies airborne laser survey systems for hydrographic and topographic surveys. The customers are international survey companies and governmental organizations on the world market. AHAB offers customer support, service, maintenence and applications development during the whole product lifetime. AHAB also offers a Centre of Excellence within hydrographic and topographic Light Detection And Ranging ("LiDAR") technologies and optronics. The core in LiDAR technology is to measure quantities faster and better by utilizing state of the art lasers techniques.

AHAB key products are the Hawk Eye II coastal survey system and the Dragon Eye pure topographic survey system. AHAB also supplies laser range finders to the TopEye MkII topographic survey system.

AHAB core competences are laser technology both above and below the water surface, specification and integration of laser survey systems and associated software & algorithms for interpretation of laser pulse responses. AHAB utilizes well known, reliable and established subcontractors for supply of subsystems.

AHAB offers full customer support program, including education of operators, system maintenence, spare parts handling, support during run in of the survey organization, tools and processes and telephone and on site support. In addition customers are offered software updates and hardware improvements to maintain the technical competitiveness and increase the system lifetime.
