This is the the Coastal Wiki Marine Species Traits vocabulary. It is still in an early experimental phase. All terms and their definitions have yet to be stabilized.

As part of the EMODnet project (http://bio.emodnet.eu/), a standardised species attributes vocabulary is being developed so that selected European marine species can be tagged with relevant attributes information and be made available through the World Register of Marine Species (WoRMS) and the EMODnet biological portal.
